snapshot bets

how it works:

• the person whose bet is closest to the release date and time of the next snapshot/release canditate/etc wins
• the winner gets the Snapshot Guesser role until the next version releases
• after a week has elapsed since the time a bet was placed for, it will be discarded and you can bet again
• bets that were created within four hours of the release time will be ignored when selecting a winner
• you will need to be a member of the Neoforge Discord to participate
